Terms & Conditions

1. Defining elements 

The following terms will mean: 

Buyer: any person, firm, company or other legal entity issuing an Order and who is a registered user of 

Seller: SC Life Power SRL, based in Str. Iuliu Maniu, Deva, Hunedoara, Nr. Include RC J 20-437-2004, CUI 16264408, Phone: 0737.121.314. 

Products and Services: any product and service mentioned in the order to be provided by Seller, Buyer. 

Order: An electronic document that acts as a form of communication between the Seller and the Buyer through which the Seller agrees to deliver the Goods and Services and the Buyer agrees to receive these Goods and pay their consideration. 

Contract: o Order confirmed by the Seller. uses user IP addresses only for internal use statistics, personalized information display, and enhanced site security. The latest version can be found by visiting this page, called "Terms and Conditions" after clearing your web browser's cash. Use of this site for information and orders will be construed as an unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions below. 

BioNatur is the name of the online store ( which serves as a way of presenting products and taking orders. SC Life Power SRL, based in Str. Iuliu Maniu, Deva, Hunedoara will act as the actual seller of the products presented by BioNatur. 

The shop DO NOT send unsolicited emails or spam. We do not call to make promotions, we do not send unsolicited letters. You will receive an email automatically after completing the order to make sure the order has been registered (provided you have a valid email address) and an email informing you that the courier has been shipped quickly. We do not send out newsletters or emails with unsolicited information, but just order status information. The Store does not provide your e-mail address to third parties. Delivery address is also communicated to courier companies. According to the Decision no. 200 of 14 December 2015, it is not necessary to notify the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing because the store does not process data such as those listed on the website. 

Contract documents 

The site, hereinafter referred to as BioNatur, is owned by SC Life Power SRL, with its headquarters in Hunedoara, Deva, Str. Iuliu Maniu, Nr. Include RC J 20-437-2004, CUI 16264408, Phone: 0737.121.314. 

Confirmation of the Order by the Seller implies full acceptance of the terms of the Order. Acceptance of the Order by the Seller is considered to be completed when there is a verbal (phone) or electronic (e-mail) confirmation from the Seller to the Buyer (no confirmation of receipt needed from the Purchaser). The contract takes effect upon the Seller's confirmation of the Order in accordance with the available stock and the terms and conditions presented in this page ("Terms and Conditions") are the basis for it. 

We recommend reading the "Terms and Conditions" page carefully. 

Seller reserves the right to modify these provisions without prior notice, the latest version being available on this page, called "Terms and Conditions". 

Communication with the store can be done by using the contact details and contact details provided in the "Contact" section. 

The Purchaser, through his order on this site and the data he provides in this respect, agrees to use them for the preparation of the legal invoice and warranty certificate, as the case may be. The buyer understands and agrees that the products ordered will be delivered to him by courier. The name, surname, address, and telephone number that the Buyer sends to this site will be retransmitted to the courier company as a self-evident condition for shipment and delivery of the package. The buyer understands that the courier company does not belong to the online store, but is an independent company with its own set of rules. The seller will not use the ordering data except for the legal completion of the online transaction.

By adding products to the cart and completing the steps to complete the order, the Buyer expresses the purchase decision and the payment obligation, depending on the payment method you choose. The completion of the order is the final confirmation and is the equivalent of the contractual signature. 

By registering an Order on the Site, the Buyer agrees with the form of communication (by telephone or e-mail) through which the Seller carries out his commercial operations. The notification received by the Buyer after the Order has the role of information and does not represent the immediate acceptance / delivery of the Order. This notification is made electronically (by e-mail) or by telephone. 

For justified reasons, Seller reserves the right to change the amount of Goods and / or Services in the Order. The contract is deemed to have been concluded between the Seller and the Buyer at the time of receipt by the Buyer of the Seller through the electronic mail of the order notification. 

The document and information provided by the Seller on the Site will form the basis of the Contract, in addition to being the warranty certificate issued by the Seller or a supplier thereof for the Goods purchased. 


Access to an Order is permitted to any Customer / Buyer. For justified reasons, reserves the right to restrict Customer / Buyer's access to an Order and / or some of the accepted payment methods if it believes that based on the Client's / Buyer's conduct or business on the Site, its actions could harm in any way. In any of these cases, the Customer / Buyer may contact in order to be informed of the reasons which have led to the application of the above mentioned measures. 

BioNatur reserves the right to select its clients. We consider your order as firm and we will contact you by telephone only if we have any mistakes about the order or if we have insufficient stock. Phone or online orders will be honored by the team only if the products are in stock. There is the possibility of not being able to honor orders online because when stocks are low, products can be exhausted through parallel phone commands. 

Communication with the Seller may be accomplished through direct interaction with the Seller or through the addresses mentioned in the "contact" section of the Site. The seller has the freedom to manage the information received without having to justify it. may publish on the Site information about the Goods and / or Services and / or promotions practiced by it or by any other third party with whom has concluded partnership contracts within a certain period of time and within the stock limit available. 

All tariffs for the Goods and / or Services presented on the Site are expressed in RON (RON) and include T.V.A. 

Under the terms of the law, the price of the Electronic Goods displayed on the Site includes the Green Stamp Fee. If the Customer / Buyer requests details of the exact amount added to the Good, he / she will contact the Customer Relations Department. 

All information used to describe the Goods and / or Services available on the Site (static / dynamic images / multimedia presentations / etc.) is not a contractual obligation on the part of the Seller, and they are used exclusively for presentation purposes. 


The Seller may assign and / or subcontract a third party for Services to honor the Order, informing the Purchaser, and not agreeing to it. Seller will always be liable to Buyer for all contractual obligations. 


The content, as defined in the preamble, including but not limited to logos, stylized representations, commercial symbols, static images, dynamic images, text and / or multimedia content presented on the Site, are the exclusive property of, its being reserved for all rights directly or indirectly (through usage and / or publication licenses). Customer / Buyer is not permitted to copy, distribute, publish, transfer to third parties, modify and / or otherwise alter, use, link to, display, incorporate any Content in any context other than the original intended by, including any Content outside the Site, removal of the copyrights of copyright on the Content, and participation in the transfer, sale, distribution of materials made by reproducing, modifying or displaying the Content, except with the express written consent of 

Any Content to which the Customer / Purchaser has and / or obtains access by any means is within the scope of the Document if the Content is not accompanied by a specific and valid user agreement concluded between BioNatur and this and without any implied warranty or expressly made by BioNatur with reference to that Content. Customer / Buyer may only copy, transfer and / or use the Content for personal or non-commercial purposes only if they do not conflict with the provisions of the Document. 

Any use of the Content is forbidden for any purpose other than those expressly permitted in this Document or the use consent accompanying it, if it exists. 

Product warranty 

Long-term use products purchased from benefit from a legal guarantee of compliance according to the legal provisions in force. With the product, you will receive a printed Warranty Certificate on which the warranty period is entered. Keep the warranty certificate and invoice to benefit from the warranty, if necessary. If the product fails during the warranty period, please send an email to the email address and phone number provided in the CONTACT section. By filling in your login / account creation and order form, you declare that you agree that your personal data will be included in the database, and you agree that such personal data be stored, used and processed by SC Life Power SRL for the purposes mentioned above. 

Any customer who explicitly provided their address on the site may choose to delete it from our database. The vendor can provide your personal information to other companies with whom he / she is in partnership, as follows: product warehouse, courier, payment processors. Your personal information may also be provided to the Prosecutor's Office, the Police, the Courts and other authorized bodies of the state, on the basis and within the limits of the legal provisions and as a result of expressly formulated requests. 

Placing the ORDER:

You can place an order both as a guest and with a registered customer account. We recommend that you sign up for a customer account to benefit from numerous benefits:

  • You do not have to enter the delivery and billing addresses each time;
  • You can be notified immediately of the order status;
  • We provide you with a history of orders;

Do shopping by following the following steps:

Choose the products you want from the online store and add them to your shopping cart.

After selecting the desired products, you can see the shopping cart summary, here you can update the quantity you want or quit one or all selected products. Here too, you can apply valid vouchers by entering the associated code in the designated field. 

After adding the desired items to your cart, you must enter the billing data and delivery address of the package as well as the agreed shipping method. 

To complete the order, you must read and agree to "Terms and Conditions" by ticking that field. 

You may leave us a message when placing your order on any information you consider relevant to the proper processing of your order in the specially assigned text field. 

The final step to completing the command is the "Confirm command" button. Shortly after pressing this button, you will receive an email confirming the order entry. 

Important: The invoice you receive via e-mail is automatically sent by the system and represents the pro forma invoice. Some discounts are not included on the pro forma invoice, but will be applied to the tax invoice that will arrive with the ordered goods. Buyer has the right to accept or refuse to recalculate the order according to Seller's terms and conditions. 

Seller / Provider will be able to invalidate a completed order in the following situations: 

  • contact data is incomplete or erroneous and the buyer refuses to provide or cannot be contacted. 
  • the buyer is indecisive, refractory or showing a hostile attitude towards the vendor. 

If a warranted, validated, and paid product can no longer be delivered by the Seller, it will return the equivalent value of the non-delivered asset to the account indicated by the Purchaser within 7 days, or the parties may decide on a delivery period in which the ordered product be available again. The buyer may also choose to use the rolled money for the purchase of other available products. 

Change or cancel the order 

If you have changed your mind and you do not want one or more products in the order, if you want to supplement the order with other products or you want to cancel the order, you can notify us as soon as possible in the CONTACT section. Timetable for assistance / changes / cancellations orders: Monday-Friday: 9: 00-16: 00. 

Right of withdrawal. Return products 

Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement, or to return a Good within 14 calendar days without claiming any reason and without incurring any costs other than delivery costs. 

Thus, according to GEO no. 34/2014, the return period of a Good or a waiver of a Service expires within 14 days from the day the buyer enters the physical possession of the goods. 

If the Buyer requests withdrawal from the Contract within the legal withdrawal period, he must return any gifts accompanying the product. 

The buyer may choose to replace the goods with another of the same value, which will be delivered to the nearby goods / product order, in which case the return of the product is not required, or may require repayment of the value of the good. 

In the event that the Purchase Order is paid, the Seller will reimburse the amount within 14 (fourteen) days of the date the Buyer informs the Seller of its decision to withdraw from the Contract. The amount will be returned as follows: 

  • for Orders paid with an online card - by returning to the account from which the payment was made; 
  • for Orders paid with OP / ramburs / iTransfer / Bank card - by bank transfer; 

The seller will be able to postpone reimbursement of the amount until receipt of the Goods sold. 

The costs of returning the Goods will be borne by the Buyer, and the goods will be packaged in such a way that there is no risk of accidental spoilage and shipping. 

The buyer may request the replacement or return of goods that do not correspond to his order (another WEIGHT than the one ordered) that have been wrongly shipped from a Seller error, in which case the shipping costs will be borne by the Seller. 

There is no right of withdrawal for goods that have been unsealed, the packaging of which has been damaged by the buyer, or other goods that cannot be returned for health or hygiene reasons. 

Other conditions for the right of withdrawal - product return is valid for legal buyers

Delivery Info

The delivery time is 1 - 2 to 3 working days from the time that the order is placed, but these times may be subject to certain modifications for reasons that cannot be foreseen (calamities, floods, snowfalls, blockages, etc.) or because of the organization and logistics of the courier company. 
Delivery of the package with the products ordered from the online store is made by courier in "Door to Door" regime, with one of the following operators, depending on the delivery address: FAN Courier, GLS, Atlassib.

FREE CAREER. For orders over 250 RON, courier delivery is free of charge. For orders under 250 RON, the cost of transport is 9.99 RON with VAT included.

WARNING: Only orders with the value of products of minimum 65 RON from the Fan Courier list will be shipped. 

International delivery, NO 
The online store does not sell or deliver the goods abroad. 

Delivery with refund 

The refund system involves payment to the courier at the time you receive the order. Please ask the courier to issue your receipt for the paid amount. Important: The courier issued receipts will be SC Life Power SRL, as well as the actual shipping because "BioNatur" is the brand name of the online store, but the name of the economic operator is SC Life Power SRL. 

Checking and Receiving Parcels

Important: Please check the integrity of the parcels and merchandise when picking them up from the courier. You have the right to refuse parcels that show signs of hitting, damaging or opening, which may have occurred during transport. The courier can no longer be held accountable after signing a good receipt of the parcel. In case of refusal to accept damaged parcels, you do not have to pay the refund. Also, please let us know as soon as possible of the reasons behind the refusal, to resend the ordered goods or to return the goods.
